The time frame for delivery is calculated from the time your order is dispatched, not from the time your order was placed.
We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Italy (1st and 6th January, Easter Monday, 25th April, 1st May, 2nd June, 15th August, 1st November and 8th, 25th and 26th December).
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
